Bananas--Week 47

Well this week has been good. Was able to go to MLC this week and the president told us that this unpeeled banana was sliced inside. Almost everyone believed him....because he's the president. He can't lie, right? Then there was a couple of us who said no way. Anyway, I was stubborn and eventually he had me peel the banana and sure enough, it was in chunks. I guess I need more faith lol.

Another thing that happened this week was a miracle. So I lost my wallet on Monday...again. I just prayed to be able to find it. I got everything taken care of again, and then late Tuesday night we got a call from the police and they said they had it. So went and got it. I know God listens to our prayers and will always help us. He is in the details of our lives. This is his living church.

Had a super cool experience. We were teaching the cutest girl the plan of salvation. She was just taking notes. She then asked me my conversion story and we just clicked. It's not like a huge event happened and I knew, more of it just makes sense. I've felt God's love and know it's here. I can't deny that.

Also this week some member asked if we could help her friend. Of course, because we are missionaries. She ended up doing my makeup lol. The adventures never end.

Love you all. Thanks for all the support and prayers. Seriously.

Eating Balut -- Week 46

Well, this week has been good. It was transfers.

I was able to get my new companion and she is super cute. She is also from Utah and so tall lol. Pray for us. We are about to see so many miracles because neither of us know what we are doing or speak the language lol.

Oh also this week for district unity or just for fun we decided to eat balut (idk how to spell it). So that's like an egg where the chick is partly developed....it was not good. The skull was the worst part. But at least I can say I ate it lol.

I've seen gods hand everyday being out here on a mission. I am so thankful for this opportunity to serve. I know that God is here and lives. This is Christs living church.

Thanks for all the prays. They are much appreciated. Thanks for all the support. Love you all.

Transfer calls -- Week 45

Well not much has happened in the past 3 days. Ally got baptized, we got transfer calls, and we had general conference.

Ally's baptism was i between sessions on Sunday for 45 min. She had tears in her eyes the whole time. It was so cute. She is so sweet.

Also on Saturday we got transfer calls. Found out next transfer I'll be training. So pray for me and my companion.

Conference was super good. I liked how simple they kept it. Remember to love those around you.

Hope everyone has a good week. Love you all.

Grandparents -- Week 44

Well this week I got to see my grandparents. That was interesting. President gave me permission to go to dinner with them so we did lol.

We were also able to go to the temple this morning. If you haven't been in a while make a goal and go back! I love the temple.

This week for language study we took turns and told sister Li stories (like little red riding hood and the boy who cried wolf). Classic stories, and then she told us Chinese stories. It was pretty fun....but hopefully she understood our broken Chinese.

Oh also took a picture of my ice cream because thought it was cute. Hope you all enjoy.

Honestly I don't remember what happened this week. But it was all good.

Love you all. Thanks for all the support and prayers.

God of Miracles -- Week 43

Well this week has been good. Interesting figuring out how to cover all the areas, but good.

Not going to lie I don't really remember what happened this week. But its all written down in my journal lol.

I know that God is a God of miracles. That we are all his children. That he is aware of each and every one of us. Don't forget to pray to him. Tell him what you need and he will help you out.

Love you all. Thanks for all the prayers. I always say this, but seriously they are so appreciated.
